Overview: Uploading and linking evidence to The ProcessUnity Exchange allows the assessor to quickly and efficiently review your organization's evidence and complete the validation process.
There are two ways to upload evidence. To upload and link evidence, follow the steps listed below. To upload evidence without linking, follow these steps.
- Log in to the GRX Exchange Portal.

Navigate to the Questionnaire Dashboard.

Enter Validation Request located within the Outstanding Requests and Shares table.

Within each Critical Control, expand the Attachments tab and select "ATTACH DOCUMENTS"

Select "UPLOAD DOCUMENTS" and upload the document associated with the Critical Control.

Once uploaded, select the desired evidence and then "UPDATE ATTACHMENTS."

The attached evidence will now appear in the Attachments tab.

To unattach evidence, select the remove icon.
- Repeat the above steps to link evidence to each Critical Control.
- When you have completed uploading and attaching evidence, initiate evidence review by submitting your questionnaire for assessor review. Refer to "Submitting My Questionnaire for Assessor Review" for guidance.
To upload evidence without linking, follow the steps listed below:
- Log in to the GRX Exchange Portal.

Navigate to the Questionnaire Dashboard.

Select "DOCUMENTS" and scroll down to the Document Repository table.

Select "UPLOAD DOCUMENTS" and upload the desired document(s).

To delete uploaded documents, select the trash icon and select "DELETE DOCUMENT."
- When you have completed uploading and linking evidence, initiate evidence review by submitting your questionnaire for assessor review. Refer to "Submitting My Questionnaire for Assessor Review" for guidance.
