Please take a moment to review your Evidence Help Sheet (EHS). This document provides information on which controls require validation and offers examples of the necessary evidence. Refer to "Downloading My Evidence Help Sheet (EHS)" for guidance.

Gather and organize your evidence before the web conference. To assist the GRX Assessor in completing the validation efficiently, it is recommended to organize the evidence into file names and/or folders labeled after the GRX controls (see example screenshots below).
Please be sure that the evidence you provide clearly supports the answers chosen in your assessment. Refer to "ProcessUnity Exchange Evidence Validation Guide" for additional guidance.
- Before joining the web conference, please confirm that your questionnaire has been submitted for assessor review. If this step is not completed, the assessor cannot update your validation results. Refer to "Submitting My Questionnaire for Assessor Review" for guidance.
