Submitting My Questionnaire for Assessor Review

Overview: Submitting for assessor review makes your uploaded evidence available to GRX Assessors and initiates evidence review.

To submit your questionnaire for assessor review, follow the steps listed below:

1. Log in to the GRX Exchange Portal.

2. Navigate to the Questionnaire Dashboard. 
    

   

3. Select REVIEW AND SUBMIT located within the GRX Risk Controls table. 
    

   

4. At the bottom of the page, select SUBMIT FOR ASSESSOR REVIEW.
    

   

5. Select INITIATE VALIDATION.
