The Firmographic tab within your My Company profile provides key details about your organization, including business classifications, certifications, company size, revenue, and number of employees. It also features an About section, where Third Party members can summarize their core business activities, services, and operational structure. Members may also include important information such as their DBA (Doing Business As) name or specify which businesses or regions are covered by their ProcessUnity Global Risk Exchange assessment.
NOTE: The about section populates in the Global Risk Exchange search function along with your organization's name. This helps customers place requests on the correct entity within the Exchange.
To edit your organization's profile, simply sign in to the platform (https://portal.cybergrx.com/login) and click your My Company profile icon on the left side panel of the page. Click the Firmographics tab and the option to Edit Firmographics should be available to select above the about section.
Once you have finished your edits and you ready to save your work, click Save Firmographics
