To share the ProcessUnity Exchange report internally, a colleague must be added as a new user to the Exchange to view the report within the platform, or the report must be downloaded and shared manually. The report sharing function within the platform cannot be used to send the report to someone within the same company.
Adding a New User:
1. Log in to https://portal.cybergrx.com/login.
2. On the left side of your screen select Your Initials.
3. In the drop down select Manage my company user accounts.
4. Select CREATE USER
5. Fill in the information of the person you wish to give access.
6. Select any User Roles you wish to provide. That person will receive an email with instructions to create a profile in the platform. This will allow them to view the assessment results/report found under the Results tab. Then, click CREATE USER.
7. Once the new user account is created, that person will receive an email with instructions on creating a profile on the platform.
Navigate to the Report:
Navigate to the 'Risk Profile' tab of the My Company
profile page. Using the the Risk Navigator feature on this page you can view the report in 60+ different shared framework standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and more! Use the Risk Navigator tool to map data not only to industry-accepted frameworks, but threat profiles and MITRE ATT&CK scenarios too. To learn more, read our Risk Navigator article.
View the assessment content in the quick views table. Review the table and click through the different view tabs for a detailed breakdown of control data mapped to the selected framework above. In the details drawer, you can see control answers, comments, and relevant MITRE ATT&CK threat scenarios.
Download a Report:
Navigate to the 'Risk Profile' tab of the My Company
profile page. Within the Risk Navigator feature on this page, you may download the selected mapped framework data in the form of a PDF, an excel, or a CSV:
- By default, selecting "Download (PDF)" will initiate a PDF report generated using the selected mapped framework. This Cyber Risk Analysis Report provides Third-Party risk data in a consumable, formal downloadable report that contains summary-level information to provide a quick overview of a given company’s risk posture.
- To download an excel file, select the drop down next to the download button, then select "Download (XLSX)". Select the download button, and it will download an Excel file onto your device containing the mapping contents and additional data not found on this table. The Excel file contains summary risk data, framework control data, and a list of helpful definitions for the terms and data found throughout.
- Select the 'Export' button, and it will download a CSV file onto your device containing the mapping contents.
