In this article we will explore the different sections and features of the Questionnaire Dashboard. As a third-party member, this will be your home base for completing the questionnaire, approving requests, and reviewing your document repository.
Questionnaire Dashboard
Questionnaires tab
Questionnaires tab:
- As a third party member, the questionnaires tab section enables you to complete your questionnaire, respond to questions specifically requested by or shared with your customers, approve customer requests, and view all the questions in the cyber controls questionnaire
Pending Approvals Table:
- View and approve any ‘Pending’ customer requests directly from the Questionnaire Dashboard within the pending approvals table. You can approve a customer before completing the request. This allows them to automatically gain access to the report as soon as the assessment is completed and the report is generated. Tip: The customer will not receive a report until the questionnaire is submitted AND they are approved.
Outstanding Requests and Shares table:
- View the specific controls requested by or shared with your customers, respond to the questions, and/or review and verify the previous responses.
- Click “Start” to begin working through individual pending Requests and Shares or "Continue" if you would like to pick up where you left off.
GRX Risk Controls:
- View all the controls and metrics in the cyber security questionnaire. You can update responses and submit questionnaire responses (attest) at any time.
- Click “Start” or “Review and Submit” depending on your questionnaire progress.
Questions Review table:
- View questions review table to assess the control questions. Use the arrow next to the question to view metric questions.
- Use the quick filters above the table to easily view controls with unanswered metrics, missing documents, or incomplete controls (Missing responses or attachment). Additionally, you can filter on any column or use the search function above the table to sort through the questions.
Documents tab
- The documents tab section will have a collection of all the documents uploaded to the platform. As a third-party member, this is where you will come to review what documents have been uploaded.
Document Repository table:
- View the Document Repository table to assess your previously uploaded documents. Click Upload Document to add new artifacts to your list.
- Review the 'Linked Controls' column to determine how many controls are associated with each document.
- Refer to the 'Used in Validation' column to see which documents were utilized in the validation process.
Document Deletion:
- Click the “Trash Can” icon to delete a document from your Repository. Tip: Uploading documents to your repository does not automatically attach them to a control question within the questionnaire. Instead, it provides easy access to your document list while you work through the questions. You can then attach relevant documents to the corresponding control questions as you go.
