Whats the Third Party Profile Agreement (TPPA)? The TPPA contains confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions that protect your data, but within the framework of our exchange model!
Viewing the TPPA before signing:
Upon logging in:
- You will be presented with the Third-Party Profile Agreement (TPPA) when you log into the Exchange for the first time. The TPPA outlines the terms and conditions governing your Exchange platform use. Please carefully review the TPPA to understand your rights and responsibilities as a vendor.
Agreement Banner:
- Agreement Banner: If you do not accept the agreement initially, a banner will appear, giving you access to view and accept the Third Party Profile Agreement (TPPA). This banner will remain until you accept the TPPA.
Viewing the Agreement:
- Click "View Third Party Profile Agreement" to read the agreement.
- Options: After reading, you can:
- Click "Admin Signature"
- Click "Accept Later"
- Click "Accept Agreement"
Accept to submit:
Prompt to Sign:
- If you haven’t already accepted the agreement by the time you are ready to submit your assessment, you will be prompted to do so once you reach the Submit Questionnaire page
View Agreement:
- Click on “View Third-Party Profile Agreement” on the Submit Questionnaire page to read through and accept the agreement.
Accept to Submit:
- The Assessment CANNOT be submitted without first accepting the Third-Party Profile Agreement.
Viewing the TPPA after accepting:
After accepting, to review legal documents follow these steps:
1. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
2. From the dropdown menu select “Settings” and then “Agreements and Policies.”
3. On this page, you can review the accepted the agreement, and read through any other previously accepted agreements governing your Exchange platform use. Please carefully review the TPPA to understand your rights and responsibilities as a vendor.
