Submitting steps
Review and Submit:
1. Log in to https://portal.cybergrx.com/login
2. In your Questionnaire Dashboard, navigate into the questionnaire you wish to submit within the Request and Shares card. The option to Review and Submit will be available with each question.
3. Click Review and Submit button to the Submit Questionnaire section to review all answers. The questionnaire does not need to be completed to review answers. You may update and re-submit your questionnaire at anytime. Submitting as you go lets you monitor your scores in real-time, providing immediate feedback when you complete each section.
Questions Table:
1. Review a list of the questions and associated data that were part of the request you completed.
2. Click “Filters” or “Columns” to customize your Question Table view. Use the search function to find a specific question. Tip: Click “Unanswered Metrics”, “Missing Documents”, or “Incomplete” to quick filter your Question Table
Request and Shares Table:
1. Review a list of the questionnaire requests and validation requests you are fulfilling with the answers provided. Tip: If you see “Requires Approval” next to a request, you can navigate to your Customer Portfolio to manage the approval status by clicking the Customer Portfolio button on the left side panel. The Customer will not receive a report until the questionnaire is submitted AND they are approved.
Validation (if applicable):
1. Check “Ready for Validation” in order to submit your evidence attachments along with your questionnaire. Checking the "Ready for Validation" box, will send your evidence attachments to our Assessor Team's queue for review. If your customer is not requesting validation, you will not need to select this option.
Third-Party Profile Agreement:
1. If you have not accepted the legal agreement yet, you will be presented with a banner prompting you to view and accept. Click “View Third-Party Profile Agreement (TPPA)” to open, review, and accept the agreement. The agreement must be accepted before the assessment can be submitted.
Submit:
1. Click the blue “Submit” button once you are ready to attest. Submitting your questionnaire will trigger an analysis of your responses, update your scores, and make the results accessible to all approved customer requests. Tip: The platform gives you the flexibility to submit and re-submit any amount of questions at any time, however, if you wish to fully satisfy a customer's request, please ensure that all questions included in the request are completed before submitting. To complete a customer request, you need to answer all the questions in the request, submit the questionnaire, and approve the request within your 'Customer Portfolio'.
2. If the Submit button is greyed out, the TPPA still needs to be accepted before the assessment can be submitted.
Updating:
1. Re-opening and updating the assessment is available at any time. However, re-submitting the questionnaire is required to update your assessment results and scoring with any changes to your answers.
Reviewing Assessment Results
Assessment results can be viewed on your Company Profile Page under the 'Risk Profile' section. To access this page, click the 'My Company' icon in the left-hand navigation.
The overall attested Residual Risk score is determined by the total available attested control data, with predictive data used to supplement any gaps where attested data is not absent.
The Risk Navigator feature provides comprehensive results for the entire assessment, displaying scores at both the control and metric levels. By default, scores are based on attested data, but when that data is unavailable, predictive data is used. If attested metric data is available, it is applied to calculate a more precise control score at the metric level.
