The Customer Portfolio table is the primary place to manage customers, share data, view customer requests, and view request and share status across the portfolio. It consists of two tabs, a Requests/Shares tab and a Relationships tab.

| Request | A customer has asked a third party from their portfolio for data. |
| Share | A third party has proactively provided data to a customer from their portfolio. |
| Assessment | A type of request or share that provides access to assessment data for the specified framework. Optionally includes access to metrics. |
| Document |
A type of request or share that provides access to all documents a third party has available. Access is only provided for 28 days from request/share approval. |
| Validation | A type of request or share that provides access to validation data for all frameworks that the customer can access |
| Pending | A status indicating the request or share has been created but it has not yet been Approved or Denied. |
| Approved | This status indicates that the company that received the request or share has approved access, but there are still outstanding actions required for the request or share contents to be available. |
| Denied | This status indicates that the company that received the request or share has denied access. It will remain in this state unless the company that received the request or share approves it. |
| Delivered | A status indicating that the request or share was previously approved and its contents are now available to the customer. |
| Canceled | A status indicating that the request or share was terminated before the delivery of its contents. Please note that canceled requests and shares are not displayed in the portfolio. |
| Revoked | This status indicates that access to the request or share was removed after its contents were delivered to a customer. Customers who previously had access to its contents will no longer be able to access it. |
| Archived | This status indicates that the request or share was previously delivered, and since then, a new request or share of the same type has been created. Customers still have access to the previously delivered data. |
Requests/Shares Tab
The Requests/Shares tab on the Customer Portfolio provides a list of all the requests and shares (excluding those with a status of canceled) for the third party across all customers in their portfolio. Third parties can share data with their customers, authorize customer requests, and see the status of all requests and shares.
Quick Filters/Aggregate Chips
Select one or more chips at the top of the portfolio for easy filtering. To clear the filters, simply click on the 'X'. Ex: To easily see all outstanding requests, select ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Requests’.
- Outstanding - Requests and shares in a Pending or Approved Status (Still require authorization or actions on the request to be completed)
- Completed – Requests and shares in a Delivered or Archived Status (The customer currently has access to the data in these requests)
- Requests - Request types (assessment request, validation request, document request)
- Shares - Share types (assessment share, validation share, document share)
- No Request or Share – Active relationships with third parties without an open request or share

- One or more buttons that can be used to act on the request or share.

Possible values are:
- Share – Available if a share or request has does not exist for this customer (excludes Canceled)
- Approve – Available for a Pending request or a request that was previously Denied
- Deny - Available for a Pending request or a request that was previously Approved but not yet Delivered
- Cancel – Available for a Pending, Approved, or denied shares only. A share that has been Delivered, Archived, or Revoked cannot be Canceled.
- Revoke – Available for shares or requests that were previously Delivered or Archived. When Revoked, Customers no longer have access to the data included in the request or share

Request and Share Logic
- Assessment Request
-
- Only one open (Pending, Approved, or Denied) assessment request can exist at a given time. If a new assessment request is placed on a third party with an open assessment request, the existing assessment request will automatically be canceled and replaced with the new assessment request.
- If a new request is placed on a third party with a Delivered assessment request, the Delivered request will automatically be moved to a status of Archived (Customer still has access to data) and the new request will be in a Pending status.

Validation Request

- An assessment request must always be placed to request validation
- Only one open (Pending, Approved, or Denied) validation request can exist at a given time. If a new validation request is placed on a third party with an open validation request, the existing validation request will automatically be canceled and replaced with the new validation request.
- If a new request is placed on a third party with a Delivered validation request, the Delivered request will automatically be moved to a status of Archived (Customer still has access to data) and the new request will be in a Pending status.
- If an assessment request has an associated validation request and the assessment request is Canceled, the associated validation request will also be Canceled.
- If an assessment request has an associated validation request and the assessment request is Revoked, the associated validation request will also be Revoked.

Assessment Share

- Only one open (Pending, Approved, or Denied) assessment share can exist at a given time. If a new assessment share is initiated by a third party with an open assessment share, the existing assessment share will automatically be canceled and replaced with the new assessment share.
- If a new share is initiated by a third party with a Delivered assessment share, the Delivered share will automatically be moved to a status of Archived (Customer still has access to data) and the new share will be in a Pending status.

Validation Share

- An assessment share must be initiated to share validation
- Validation can only be shared on ProcessUnity frameworks and validation must have been completed for another customer
- Only one open (Pending, Approved, or Denied) validation share can exist at a given time. If a new validation share is initiated by a third party with an open validation share, the existing validation share will automatically be canceled and replaced with the new validation share.
- If a new share is initiated by a third party with a Delivered validation share, the Delivered share will automatically be moved to a status of Archived (Customer still has access to data) and the new share will be in a Pending status.
- If an assessment share has an associated validation share and the assessment share is Canceled, the associated validation share will also be Canceled.
- If an assessment share has an associated validation share and the assessment share is Revoked, the associated validation share will also be Revoked.

Document Request/Share

- Only one open (Pending, Approved, or Denied) document request or share can exist at a given time. If a new document request or share is created for a third party with an open document request or share, the existing document request or share will automatically be canceled and replaced with the new document request or share.
- Once a document request or share is Approved, the customer will have access to all documents for the third party for 28 days. At that point, the status will automatically be set to Revoked and the customer will no longer have access to the documents.
Relationships Tab
The Relationships tab on the Customer Portfolio displays one row for each customer of the third party. Third parties can manage their customers in their portfolio on this tab by adding a customer to their portfolio. It also provides a summary view of active requests and shares and third parties can share data with customers. The table will only display ‘Active’ customer relationships.

- The name and domain (URL) of the customer
- This column is sorted in ascending order by default on the load of the page.

Relationship Start

- The date the customer was added to the Third Party Portfolio
- Hidden by default and must be toggled on by selecting the ‘Columns’ button at the top of the table.

Initial Share/Request Date

- The date of the first request/share for this relationship. This does not include ‘Canceled’ requests.
- Hidden by default and must be toggled on by selecting the ‘Columns’ button at the top of the table.

Latest Share/Request Date

- The date of the most recently created request/share for this relationship. This does not include ‘Canceled’ Requests

Active Share/Request Type

- A list of requests or shares that are outstanding and require an action by the user (e.g. in a state of either Pending or Approved). This list is unique and shows only Assessment, Document, and Validation.

Search

- Search for a customer by company name or domain (URL)

Add Company

- When clicked, the user will be navigated to the company search. A user has the option to select an existing company in the Exchange and add to their Customer Portfolio or add a new company to the Exchange and add to their Customer Portfolio. Once a company is added to the Customer Portfolio, the third party will have the option to share data with the customer.

Columns

- Enables the user to show or hide columns in the table

Filters
-
- Quick filters (chips at top of portfolio) provide easy filtering for the most common use cases. When selected, the 'Filters' are automatically populated.
- The ‘Filters’ option in the table provides the ability to filter on one or many columns in the table. If a table has filters applied, a number indicator is present on the filter icon indicating the number of filters.
- Individual columns can also be filtered by clicking on the ellipsis and selecting ‘Filter’ on the individual column header

Density

- Changes the density of the row display on the table

Export
-
- Downloads the Customer Portfolio table into Excel and includes only what the user can see. If the table is filtered, sorted, or columns are hidden, the export will reflect those changes and only show the number of rows shown on the page. It is not a download of the entire portfolio across pages.

- All columns on table can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header

- Both pages are defaulted to 50 rows per page with the option to show 10, 25, or 100 rows per page
